Defenses To Drug Charges

As a former prosecutor with years of experience prosecuting individuals charged with drug crimes, I know how the prosecution will approach the charge, and how to best defend against it. Incidents involving drug charges are often rife with constitutional defenses which can be exercised on your behalf to prevent vital information from coming into court at trial. Applicable constitutional rights include the 4th Amendment right against unreasonable search and seizure, violation of Miranda rights under the 5th Amendment, violation of the 6th Amendment right to counsel, and violation of the 14th Amendment right to due process of law. These defenses involve challenging the procedure in which your investigation, arrest, custody, and/or interrogation were carried out.

As an experienced New Jersey Defense Attorney, I will carefully check the actions of all law enforcement officials involved in your charge, and ensure that your constitutional rights are properly exercised.
